In the manufacturing of refrigerators and freezers, the polyurethane foaming process between the box body and the door body is a crucial step determining the insulation performance and manufacturing cost. Leakage of foaming material through holes and gaps in the box body not only results in raw material waste and increased cleaning costs, but also leads to appearance contamination, insulation layer voids, and other quality defects. The industry traditionally uses PE tape and non-woven fabric tape for manual sealing, which has issues such as poor adhesion, detachment during high-temperature foaming, and residual adhesive marks, resulting in low efficiency and poor reliability. The market urgently needs a sealing solution that has excellent adhesion to various substrates such as PP, PE, metal, and non-woven fabric, can quickly and automatically apply adhesive, is resistant to high foaming temperatures, and can be removed cleanly, thereby significantly reducing foaming material loss and compressing overall manufacturing costs.

The series of products covers a softening point of approximately 92~100℃ and an open time of about 15~45S, adapting to different foaming preheating temperatures and production line takt time requirements.

Stable construction performance

The viscosity range reasonably covers 1000~6500 mPa·s@130℃, adapting to different product structures and gaps across all seasons. With moderate fluidity, the injection application of glue ensures no stringing or sagging, and precise control of glue lines. "
